Out of MIIT’s supervision requirements, CATR has several centers of supervision support to handle telecom equipment certification, licenses for telecom service providers, telecom subscribers’ complaints, resources allocation of telecom networks, and market access services. CATR also boasts platforms including Network Access Management System for Telecom Equipment, and Information Management System for Handling Telecom Subscribers’ Complaints, thus effectively ensuring the service of supervision support.
